*Equipment Needed : Booty band (medium weight) and fitball.
Focus : Welcome to Day 1 of our fit ball challenge: balance and centering. This means we will be working from our core outwards; and likewise keep everything pulled in to our center as our extremities tempt to pull us away from it.
Class Level : Beginner – Intermediate.
The Course of this Class : Today we will be standing our entire session working our legs, strength, agility, and even alignment. The fit ball is an awesome prop and tool for picking up our fitness to that next level.
Goals : This whole challenge is meant to help us improve our strength, centeredness and balance with the fit ball. The fit ball is a challenging prop; able to really throw us off but also take our fitness to the next level. Get more familiar with the fit ball and stronger thanks to it as well.
