Focus : Welcome to Day 2 of our fitball challenge: core strength and precision. We will use targeted exercises on top of the ball which allow us to improve the precision of our movement and form. These exercises will burn and firm your abdominals with every minute move.
Class Level : Beginner – Intermediate.
The Course of this Class : Today we are all about building stronger abdominals deep around our spines; and making sure we are initiating our movement from the right place. We’ll know this by using the feedback from the ball, breath and good spinal alignment.
Goals : This whole challenge is meant to help us improve our strength, fitness and balance with the fit ball. The fit ball is a challenging prop; able to help us take our fitness to the next level. Today’s challenge: core strength.
