Welcome to our 10 Day Challenge Getting Fitter and Stronger ! I’m so excited you are joining me.
Class Level : Beginner – Intermediate.
The Course of this Class : These 10 day workouts will focus each day on strengthening a pair of muscles which work together in the body. Most will be around 20 minutes to make them accessible to fit into your day! We will add in cardio blasts to each session to: 1) Get our heart rate up, 2) Boost our metabolism, and 3) Gradually increase our fitness level. So, whether you are new to fitness; coming back after a break; or you just want to join for some fun movement from beautiful corners of the world to motivate us, this is all about building happy, healthy, strong bodies. Let’s do this!
Goals : That we be more motivated and encouraged through and after this 10 day challenge to continue being active and doing some movement for our bodies each and every day, even if it be in a shorter amount of time!
