Focus : Welcome to Day 4 of our fit ball challenge: Arms and Upper Body Strength. Let’s build up that upper body strength so that we can do those pretty pikes and planks on the ball. But let’s start smaller first. The more we practice the better we get, and the more endurance we have and the longer we can stay up!
Class Level : Intermediate on up.
The Course of this Class : Start off standing and slowly progress to forearm roll outs and planks into pikes on the fitball. A very moderate pace, building confidence as we go.
Goals : Become stronger, fitter, more balanced and agile on the fit ball, and today particularly in your arms and upper body strength.
