Welcome to our 10 Day Fit Challenge! Get Fitter and Stronger in just 10 days! I’m so excited you are joining me.
Class Level : Entry level is practiced Beginner – Intermediate, but this is open to EVERYONE!
The Course of this Class : These 10 day fit challenge workouts will focus each day on strengthening a pair of muscles which work together in the body. Most will be around 20 minutes to make them accessible to fit into your day! We will add in cardio blasts to each session to: 1) Get our heart rate up, 2) Boost our metabolism, and 3) Gradually increase our fitness level. So, whether you are new to fitness; coming back after a break; or you just want to join for some fun movement from beautiful corners of the world to motivate us, this is all about building happy, healthy, strong bodies. Let’s do this!
Goals : At the end of these 10 days fitter stronger challenge that we will feel and see a change, and be more motivated to continue healthy living and moving !
