Focus : Welcome to the FINAL DAY 6 of our fitball challenge! Yep, you guessed it, similar to yesterday we are focusing on our Whole Body Strength, Balance & Centering. We will cover it all from Upper Body, CORE, to Lower Body.
Class Level : Intermediate on up. If you aren’t quite there yet, give it your all and modify for anything you need to. A challenge is all about working up to a level ;)
The Course of this Class : You’ll see plenty of repeats from the last 5 days but also a few new things. From our feet and ankles on up we’ll be making sure we’re more balanced, centered and strong after these 6 days. And also, more comfortable with this fitball! Get ready to move and test yourself!
Goals : Become stronger, fitter, more balanced and agile on the fitball, as well as more confident using it. Today you can test how well the last 5 days helped you improve and what you might want to still work on and come back to. Remember repeating is how we gain more strength and increase our level! And you can repeat all days or just a few, don’t worry about keeping it in order, it’s your workout, your focus, your time. ;)
