This class is an all-in-one for you today! Start with 10 minutes of shaping and toning your arms, booty and legs to warm up before jumping onto the Reformer to hit 20 minutes of cardio. Finish with 10 more minutes of strengthening your core and then stretching out those legs. You’ll get your heart rate up, exercise your cardiovascular system while also using weights to get that lean muscle build and fat burn.
Please use this cardio workout and all others as often as you want and need to add cardio into your week! Make sure you do cardio at least a few times a week!
