14 MIN Total Body Classical Reformer Sculpt + 16 MIN Cardio HIIT

Focus : 

14 minutes of a concentrated classical Reformer workout toning the total body + 16 minutes of high intensity interval cardio on the mat, again working total body. You will work your legs, hamstrings, quads, glutes, core, arms and shoulders. Practice planks, teasers and roll overs. This is a quick and effective class today whether taken in full or only part 1 or only part 2. You’ll burn calories, tone your total body, trim up, boost your metabolism and even boost your mood in no time at all. This is the 3rd, and last day of the 1st week of our Summer Fit Program!

For our Summer Fit Series we want you to have the time for all the extra summer activities. If you have a different cardio exercise, then remember – join us for the sculpting workout part 1 and then off to your chosen cardio right after. The success of this program is the cardio as much as the toning sessions.

Equipment Needed : 

Your Reformer and the box for part 1. For our Cardio HIIT, part 2 of class, you will only need your mat.

The Course of this Class :

We start classical: footwork, bridging, arm work, abs, roll overs. Kneeling chest presses, pulling straps and teasers to finish off. Next, we move to the mat for about 2 rounds of high intensity intervals. We keep it fresh and mix it up so it isn’t too repetitive but we move fast with short rest periods to get our heart rate pumping. With only 16 minutes of work, we will max out that time to make sure it is spent moving and not in transitions or rests. Using all body weight we’ll challenge further our glutes, the power in our legs, our arms and abs and even our entire posterior chain. Before you know it your workout will be done and in your back pocket! ☑️
