15-25 Burn & Firm + Sweat & Shape Jumpboard

FOCUS :   

Here is another all-in-one class for you. Today you’ll sculpt and tone glutes and legs for our first 15 minutes till you feel the burn and pick up your heart rate. Next, you’ll hop onto the jump board for 25 minutes to sweat it out and continue shaping and sculpting upper body in addition to full body cardio cleansing. Your legs will be well tired out after class today so make sure to stretch them out at the end before you skip off to your next activity!

Please use this cardio workout and all others as often as you want and need to add cardio into your week! Make sure you do cardio at least a few times a week!

EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Reformer + jump board + soft ball + booty band + 1 set medium weighted dumbbells.
