15 MIN Total Body Sculpt + 19 MIN Cardio Jumpboard Sweat

Focus : 

15 minutes focused, total body sculpt down on the mat, followed by 19 minutes of cardio jumpboard. On the mat you’ll hit core, booty, and backs of arms and shoulders. You’ll fire your pelvic floor and inner thighs. You’ll open your chest and work your posterior chain. You won’t miss anything in just 15 minutes! Next, we’ll work up a quick sweat on the jumpboard focusing on abs and then lots of legs! Today we sculpt and tone, then trim and sweat to boost our metabolism and keep our body burning that fat even after our workout! Welcome back, this is day 1, week 2, of our Summer Fit Program!

We want you to have all the time you need for those extra summer activities, so we are keeping these sessions shorter as well as giving you the option of choosing your own cardio if you don’t have the equipment or have something else planned! In any case, make sure you do hit that cardio if you aren’t joining us right after our sculpting first part of class. The success of this program will be the combination of the cardio following the toning sessions.

Equipment Needed : 

For Part 1 sculpt: Your Mat and a small or medium soft ball (you can substitute a folded towel if you don’t have a soft ball). For Part 2 cardio: Your Reformer and the jumpboard, along with the soft ball.

The Course of this Class :

Be ready for classical glute bridges, to the stomach 5 series, to roll overs and jackknifes. Work your side body with side planks and teasers. Get ready for some fun and challenging four point kneeling glute, leg and hip sculpting work while challenging balance and core stability! Planks and push ups will not be missed either. After all this we move on to the jumpboard for jumps in all planes. So don’t just think lying down 😉. We want to raise the heart rate and keep it up, so we’ll be standing as well as lying. Though we only jump for 19 minutes we’ll keep a good quick pace with little stopping in between for spring changes. And before you know if you’ll be back to the beach ☑️
