16 minutes of toning, sculpting and reshaping mat exercises to target those glutes, hips, and thighs. These exercises will help lift, round out, wake up, and power up that booty. They will also help in thinning out the upper thighs. A great class session to come back to and repeat as often as you like. Following you have 21 minutes of 2 round of cardio HIIT mat work to raise the heart rate and burn some calories. You have a 2 minute cool down at the end before heading off to your next activity.

For Part 1 and Part 2: Your Mat and a booty band. If you don’t have a band, no worries, you’ll do the entire workout body weight only. You may enjoy wearing your trainers today.
In the first part of this class session you’ll have squats and band walks, side lying leg exercises and prone exercises also. Using the band we will get that targeted muscle burn, sculpting and shaping. Next, have fun with cardio swinging, punching, and planking to target both core and abs as well as burning fat. Get ready for 1 full round without any rest periods as changing from one position to the other gives us enough of a breather we are going to push right through today. 1 minute full rest between round 1 and 2 and then we’ll finish with a short cool down to stretch it out. Remember this work is very efficient to keeping that calorie and fat burn continuing hours after you finish your class!
Again, a great class to return to as often as you like. You can easily split them apart and do not always need to do them together should you desire. Always make these workouts work for you and your goals!
