16 MIN Total Body Functional Fit Sculpt + 26 MIN HIIT, Jump, Sweat

Focus : 

16 minutes of functional, fun and challenging, mostly standing exercises. We’ll alternate between floor and mat for total body and core exercises. This class routine will challenge your coordination as we will use complex series for optimal mind-body fitness. 26 minutes of Reformer jump board comes right afterward and this class pace moves fast! Count on getting your sweat in today, you’re gonna like this one!

Remember the rule! If you don’t have a Reformer, then simply choose from the past cardio workouts for which you do have the equipment, or of course you can choose your own cardio activity. Make sure to do it right after our sculpt class, and we’ll see you next week for the last week!👍🏼

Equipment Needed : 

Part 1: Mat and 1 heavier set of dumbbells. You can do this body-weight only also, so it’s up to you!

Part 2: your Reformer and jump board. Optional: 1 booty band and your dumbbells from part 1.

The Course of this Class :

I’m excited for you to try today’s mat class because we are taking simple and complex functional fitness moves and combining them into a series of 3 each time. It will challenge our coordination if nothing else as well as our mind-body connectivity! Plan on dropping down to the mat at least 2 times to target those abs and twist out that waist band. After this, hop over to your Reformer and strap on your booty band if you are using it. Get ready to feel the burn and move fast through our sequence for today. We are going to see where we are at balance wise, strength wise from side to side, and just how well we can sit up straight with no support. You’ll understand what I’m talking about if you hang with me all the way to the end of today’s jump board workout! Then make sure to mark it complete so it appears in your list of finished workouts.
