Welcome back for our 2nd workout of our Summer Fit Program! In only 18 minutes, sculpt those legs beach beautiful EITHER ON THE MAT OR THE CHAIR! Yes, that’s right, you can use either. Next, fire up that metabolism and burn off those extra calories for 29 minutes, to trim and tone on the trampoline. Our Cardiolates trampoline sessions focus on total body cardio strength and stamina. See the benefits of this type of training below in listed goals!
Remember the rule! If you don’t have a piece of equipment being used today, repeat something from a prior day or choose your own form of cardio. The success of this program is the addition and consistency of cardio as much as the sculpting sessions.
Your Pilates chair – OR – you can also do this class directly on the Mat for the first part of class. This might sound crazy but if you don’t have the chair I want you to join us anyways on the mat. For the second half of class you will need a trampoline. If you do not have one either repeat our cardio Tabata from 2 days ago – OR – choose your own cardio activity. Optional: a small, lighter set of dumbbells.
Power up your booty, hips, quads and hamstrings to tone and shape those legs. Get ready to improve your balance and feel the burn while you are at it. Lunges, step ups and scissors to name a few exercises, pumps, plies and plenty more. Next, continue to burn that fat and energize your entire body by rebounding on the trampoline. Our jumps will stay vertical so we get the full effect of lymphatic and cellular cleansing along with the toning and trimming this provides. You’ll finish class more energized than when you started and ready to head off to your next event of the summer! ! ☑️
