18 MIN Killer Core Sculpt + 27 MIN Banded Rebound Sweat

Focus : 

18 minutes of concentrated core toning and sculpting, then 27 minutes to burn fat and raise the heart rate on the trampoline. You’ll tone and increase strength in your transverse abs, obliques, rectus abdominus, anterior serratus, and shoulder supporters. You’ll also strengthen your diagonal slings which is essential for healthy functional and strong movement in all activities.

This is day 1, week 3, of our Summer Fit Program!

Remember our rule: if you do not have the equipment required or are away from home/studio, repeat one of our prior mat sessions or choose your own cardio activity right after our sculpting session.

Equipment Needed : 

For Part 1 killer core: Your Mat and booty band. For Part 2 cardio: a trampoline and optional: continue with your booty band.

The Course of this Class :

This is a challenging core workout with some fun and different exercises using the booty band to target that deep ab connection. Be prepared to plank and teaser amongst other things. Part 2 lifts us up to the trampoline where we will rebound while continuing to tone that booty and hip area. Boost metabolism and mood while challenging balance, proprioception and coordination. Get your sweat on while having fun and also reinforcing the strength of your cells. Rebounding offers so much! Our jumps today stay upright for that full body lymphatic drainage and total body cardio cleansing.

If you don’t have a trampoline think about getting one, or head out for a hilly walk or repeat one of our prior mat tabata sessions.
