Back by popular demand! Our strength:cardio combo on the Reformer, sculpt followed by a jump board session. Today is 20 minutes deep core sculpt, yes get ready for abs on fire, and then hop up for some full body functional fitness mixed in too. Then, 20 minutes jumping, lots of booty, core, strength, stamina and balance! Weights are used as well today which has also been on request by many of our Adventurers. So enjoy today, and make it to the end, you won’t want to miss anything! But, if you do need to split up this workout, then do part 1 strength, and come back for part 2: jump board.

CLASS FLOW :
Get ready to start with lots of deep ab exercises. Class moves steadily, with lots of variations and flow. You’ll hit your glutes, hips, legs and arms in addition to your core. After a full body sculpt, grab your jump board, box and weights and get ready for a fun and creative jump session. Hint: you won’t lie down! Improve your posture and make it to the end to challenge all your built up strength during our session!
