20 Min Balance Bands & Mat + 20 Min Fun on the Trampoline

FOCUS :   

Taking it back to this live class replay you’ll have a balanced mix of barre inspired Pilates mat followed with cardio jumps on the trampoline. Challenge your balance, proprioception and coordination while working spinal mobility, dynamic balance and core strength. Next, step it up to your trampoline to feel like a kid again while working that heart health, metabolism, fat burn and lymph drainage to name a few of those bouncing benefits.

Trampoline + Mat + 1 medium weighted resistance band rather long.
