20 minutes to rock your core and tone your abs top to bottom and all around. You’ll also get your glutes, triceps, shoulders, and arms. Next, 14 minutes of total body toning and fat burning tabata. You’ll have only 5 exercises done twice in 2 rounds and be done before you know it. But this type of high intensity training keeps your body burning fat well after your session is over! Win – win.

For Part 1: your Mat, gym ball and optional: a box, step or chair. For Part 2: your mat and the box (optional). If you don’t have a box, step or chair you can do all the exercises directly on the mat.
Get ready to have some fun, grab your fit ball and meet me down on your mat. This session will tone your core muscles all the way down to your spine and from inside out, and top to bottom. From classic crunches and curls to creative variations of front planks and oblique pikes with an under twist. Next, continue the toning work while adding fat burn, kick up your metabolism and get that blood circulating. You’ll see bear crouches, lateral slides, and a few more simple yet coordinated exercises to work your stamina, mind and body. Have you ever boxed? This tabata round will get you swinging punches!
Didn’t get enough tabata? You can always go for a 3rd round. Tabata is great for fat burn, weight management, increasing your fitness level or keeping it up, improving your stamina and even improving your balance, control, power and efficiency in movement.
Repeat this class as often as you like. Remember that you can break part 1 and part 2 apart as well.
