This jump drill and interval class is made to follow up any workout of your choice, or do all on it’s own, both will work! You’ll work foot speed, heart rate, muscle endurance, and go back and forth between standing drills and jump board Reformer drills. Turn on some tunes that make you motivated, grab your water bottle, and let’s get started!
