Focus : 20 minute abs, tighter toned, firm abs. Yes what we can get done in a relatively short amount of time. This session is all about our core on the Reformer. We’ll seriously work on chiseling away our abs for a stronger and more defined middle section! Everything from a flatter belly and tighter tummy to cinched in waistband these exercises today will do all that.
Class Level : Advanced Beginner – Intermediate on up.
The Course of this Class : We start with some nice chest opening and spinal stretches and then move right into controlled crunches starting at the top and moving down to the bottom (meaning using the weight and lever of our legs with the straps!). We’ll also get in some uni-lateral work which really challenges the body and finish seated tall while working the obliques, pelvic floor and inner and outer thighs! We’ll miss nothing in this 20 minute abs attack.
Goals : Increase strength and core tone and tightness. Flatten belly, draw in waistline.
