24 min Beach Body HIIT, Burn & Sweat!

Focus : 

24 minutes core toning, booty sculpting, fat burning, cardio pumping, metabolism boosting, total body high intensity interval training workout. There you have it! You’ll tone your arms, triceps, shoulders and mid back; likewise you’ll trim and tone your abs gaining more core strength meanwhile cinching in your waistline; and last but not least, you’ll tone, trim and sculpt glutes and legs.

Taking a small interlude in our 2 part: sculpt + sweat, class series today by bringing the two together in one hot, quick workout to effectively target all that sculpting and sweating in one.

This is day 2, week 5 of our Summer Fit Program!

The success of our Summer Fit Series is the cardio as much as the toning sessions. These high intensity interval training sessions help to manage weight, lose weight, maintain fitness level, increase fitness level, exercise our heart keeping it healthy and healthier, improving motivation to eat well and live well, increasing our moods and energy levels, and overall supporting a healthy, active, happy lifestyle.

This program has been designed not only to support your fitness through busy summers but also to assist with weight management and total body strength so you are confident and healthy in your own skin.

Equipment Needed : 

Your mat and bosu ball. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE BOSU PLEASE FOLLOW TODAY’S WORKOUT SIMPLY WITHOUT IT DIRECTLY ON YOUR MAT!

The Course of this Class :

You have 15 exercises and only 1 round so give every exercise everything you have! You’ll be on 30-45-60 second intervals depending on the exercise itself. Our only rest time will be our transitions from one exercise to the other. Get ready to move in every plane, lying, standing, etcetera. We’ll switch often between them to keep the heart rate pumping. IF jumping is not something that you can do comfortably due to injury or any other reason, simply step out the exercises where I am jumping. You can still completely participate and boost your heart rate.

IF ever you are rearing to go for a second round, by all means GO FOR IT! But remember that 21 minutes of HIIT IS a complete workout, so a second round is not needed, simply optional for those go-getters 😉

Class Level : 

ALL levels. If anything is too difficult, modify for what makes the best sense for you, slow down the movement, go onto knees in a plank instead of feet, but give it your best and know that you’ll get to the level you desire as you work into it movement by movement, week by week.
