This burn & build, PLUS cardio class combines weights with the Reformer to pack an extra challenge, add definition to that body, and increase our fitness level. You’ll start with 25 minutes of full body strength work and follow that up with either 25 minutes of trampoline OR if you don’t have a trampoline please click on the 30 Min Cardio Barre Jump + Foot Agility Drills class created to go with this one OR another jump board class (suggestions here below)!

2nd Half of class: Trampoline OR Reformer + magic circle/Pilates ring + 1 dumbbell + platform extender or jumpboard.
