29 MIN Dynamic Slings for Swings + 17 MIN Load & Explode Plyos
29 minutes of focused oblique cross body strength training. This type of training is excellent for all athletes, and is also functional fitness. Next up, 17 minutes cardio jumpboard using plyometrics to focus on the load and explode phases required in many sports. Whether you play tennis, golf, squash, baseball, any other swing sport or none of those, this is a great challenging workout for everyone to build more power, increase in strength and even improve posture.

Remember if you do not have a Reformer, choose one of the prior sessions in the program you enjoyed and repeat that one.
The Course of this Class :
Get ready to have fun with the bosu ball on the Reformer and challenge every supporting and micro, postural muscle. From classic ab exercises and glute bridges to planks and more. You’ll work your balance, posture, centering, core strength and total body sculpt. The following jump board session is fun and unique. We will focus on storing up energy in the lower body, then exploding that energy up and back in our jumps. In addition to helping with sport performance this is also great fall prevention. Work hard and have fun today.
