30 Min Advanced Reformer, Inner Thigh Burn + Full Body Workout

FOCUS :   

Full body 30 minute advanced Reformer class. Deep muscle toning and strengthening workout using focused movements to target specific muscle groups from adductors (inner thighs), quads, glutes and hamstrings to shoulders and arms to deep core. Use this class on its own or in addition to a cardio class for a challenging whole body workout.

Follow this class with our Quick Cardio Kick, Total Body Jumpboard Reformer class for an awesome complete strength + cardio combo!

Reformer + 1 booty band + medium size soft ball.

CLASS LEVEL :     

Intermediate & Advanced.

GOALS :     

Deeply tone and sculpt muscles by targeting certain muscle groups and muscle partners working the whole system intelligently. Deepening your overall strength, core strength, mind-body connectivity, coordination, balance, endurance, stamina and muscle tone. Functional fitness. Support your spine by developing and maintaining a strong core and muscles in the pelvis from glutes to connectors. Learn creative flows and ideas on your Reformer.
