GOALS :     

Quick workout for short days or stacking workouts. Train in compound movements and exercises. Work power in muscles as well as dynamic balance and fall prevention. Strengthen both your functional fitness in form and movement to transfer to any and all your other active pursuits whether it be leisurely or performance level athletics.
