Building to the Crescendo

advanced Reformer… *Equipment Needed : Reformer and Long/Short box.
Focus : Today we are building up in our sequence, at a very moderate pace, to some more advanced Reformer Pilates exercises. We’ll talk about what exercises prep us for the more advanced ones coming afterwards in the sequencing.
Class Level : Advanced.
The Course of this Class : Today we’ll start with the rather classical Pilates répertoire building into some of the more advanced moves. These will include : Front Leg Pull; Tendon Stretch; Single Leg Tendon Stretch; Snake; Twist; Long Back Stretch; Horseback and Teaser. In this class I will talk about the preparatory exercises that get us ready for these more advanced moves. In order to better understand all we are working towards in addition to the innate benefits of each exercise. Enjoy this flow and the build up!
Goals : A steady flow building and maintaining strength, form and precision.
