Focus : Bust it out, how strong, balanced, centered and powerful are you?! Challenge yourself to a dynamic sequence including lots of moving standing positions and postures, squats, lunges and planks from one plane to the next.
Class Level : Advanced.
The Course of this Class : Strap that booty band NOT around your booty but around your forearms, and get ready for some awesome shoulder work!! In addition, we’ll work our proprioception, muscle command and control, posture, center line and our booty, back, abs and arms!
Goals : Self strength and connectivity, as well as balance, challenge in an advanced reformer session.
