*Equipment Needed : Reformer, the long box, and your foot strap for Short box series (we’ll be using it a little differently today.) If you don’t have one you could probably substitute with a resistance band.
Focus : All about the back chain: arms, shoulders, back, glutes, legs, the whole posterior chain today. Welcome to Day 2, Week 2, of our REFORMER EVERY DAY challenge, or Reformer “1 a day” Monday through Friday weekly schedule.
Class Level : Intermediate level taught, but I encourage ALL levels to try this class and this weekly schedule. Remember that you can adapt or modify anything by making it either more or less intense. Suggestions are made throughout by how you can do that!
The Course of this Class : Really fun strong workout today, lots of different exercises. Creative flow. Get ready to see a fun glute series.
Goals : Build a stronger back line to improve posture and overall balance.
Move every day on the Reformer. Alternate focus to get a full body workout throughout the entire week. Train smart. Get stronger. Improve fitness level. Increase mind-body awareness and connectivity. Always improve muscle tone, balance & coordination. Oh and… have some fun 👍🏼!
