All Around Cardio Jumps, REFORMER FIT IN 15-20

FOCUS :   

Core burning & deep toning while total body cardio boost jump board workout. You’ll hit everything today from legs and glutes, all sides, absolute abs and your arms. Keep up the pace as we run through this short but boosted heart raising, blood circulation, fat burning, metabolism boosting workout.

A great stand alone class and what it was created for during a busy day, but also a great add on to any other workout if you have more time.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Reformer + jump board.

CLASS LEVEL :     

All levels class. These workouts are for you to adapt to your needs in the moment, so always listen to your body and go at the pace that is best for you today. 😊

CLASS FLOW :   

A 20 minute cardio blast, strengthening and toning workout using the jumpboard. Be ready to move continuously from start to finish! This will test our endurance, increase our power and grow our stamina. You’ll be accompanied by the timer to cue you when to switch to the next jump.

GOALS :     

Cardiovascular exercise to strengthen the heart, the joints, endurance, stamina, the lungs and increase blood flow and cleansing throughout the whole body. Quick but deep and effective toning, sculpting, body refining and shaping workouts. Intelligent movement. Functional fitness. Improve alignment, posture, muscle firing, overall strength and fitness, circulation, metabolism boost and energy flow. Learn creative flows and ideas on your Reformer.
