All Kinds of Cardio, 1/2 Jump board 1/2 Trampoline, Live Class Replay

FOCUS :   

Total body sculpt + cardio conditioning. Start on the reformer and finish over on the trampoline.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Reformer, jumpboard & booty band + trampoline.

CLASS LEVEL :     

All levels class. Modify as needed, suggestions for modifications given when needed.

CLASS FLOW :   

30 minutes of strength conditioning and jump board on the Reformer followed by 20 minutes of conditioning and rebounding on the trampoline. Boost your metabolism, burn calories and have fun with this creative flow.

GOALS :     

Increase overall and core strength. Total body toning and sculpting. Cardio conditioning. Increase blood flow and boost metabolism and energy. Improve posture dynamically. Work your coordination and mind body connection. Have fun!
