Let’s focus on that upper body, upper back, arms, shoulders, abs and open up the chest today. Grab your weights and challenge yourself. Repeat this class and watch your strength build.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Reformer + sitting box + 1 set light handweights + 1 set weighted wristbands (optional).

GOALS :     

Strengthen upper body, shoulders, arms, upper back. Improve proportionality in body’s musculature top to bottom. Better your posture and upper body carriage. Improve and maintain strong core. Work posterior chain. Open chest and anterior chain of body. Shape and tone. Work control and precision in form and function. Improve coordination and cognitive fitness. Work standing dynamic balance. Work unilateral strength, helping balance imbalances in the body. Stay fit. Keep moving every day.
