Arms & Abs Strong “Reformer Every Day” MONDAY

*Equipment Needed :     Reformer and the long box.

Focus :    Arms & abs strong! Welcome to Day 1 of our REFORMER EVERY DAY challenge, or Reformer “1 a day” Monday through Friday weekly schedule. Today we start with upper body, shoulders, back, arms and abs.

Class Level :     Intermediate level taught, but I encourage ALL levels to try this class and this weekly schedule. Remember that you can adapt or modify anything to your level by making either more intense or less so. Suggestions are made throughout by how you can do that!

The Course of this Class :    Today we begin nice and easy lying supine and gradually move it up to seated work hitting the upper back, shoulders and arms. We continue into planks and some classical more intermediate to advanced Pilates moves. We end with some fun plank challenges and more ab work just as we began, arms & abs strong.

Goals :     Stronger arms, shoulders and upper back. Better posture. Stronger core. Move every day on the Reformer. Alternate focus to get a full body workout throughout the entire week. Train smart. Get stronger. Improve fitness level. Increase mind-body awareness and connectivity. Always improve muscle tone, balance & coordination. Oh and… have some fun ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ!
