EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Mat only.

CLASS LEVEL :     

Made for all levels. Suggestions given from time to time for modifications and to increase or decrease difficulty.

CLASS FLOW :   

A quick, 15 minute flow start to finish. You’ll move during 20-30 second intervals with 10 second transitions.

GOALS :     

Deep core conditioning. Increased abs and arms strength challenge. Quick toning and sculpting. Intelligent movement. Functional fitness. Improve alignment, posture, muscle firing, overall strength and fitness, circulation, metabolism boost and energy flow.
