Focus : Arms & abs, it’s that targeted today! Upper body, shoulders and core. Get ready to feel the burn!
Class Level : ALL levels! Modify and adjust the workout to make it to your level, we want everyone to join!
Goals : Increase upper body strength; Improve good shoulder girdle, postural alignment; Fire up the core, cinch in that waist band and connect to a deeper internal muscle awareness. Improve muscle tone & endurance in this power arms & abs workout.
