Arms & Booty Buster Chair Workout

Level: All Levels

*Equipment Needed :      Pilates Chair, Mat, hand weights (5lbs. or 3kg recommended.) and a medium stability ball.

Focus :    Arms & Booty concentrated, we’ll be starting with our abs and there isn’t much anything we’ll miss today. We particularly target the triceps, back of the shoulders, mid back region; booty and side booty and obliques.

Class Level :     ALL levels. We flow at a very moderate pace today. Feel free to modify if needed.

The Course of this Class :     We start by warming up the core which we’ll then use as our stabilizer for the rest of class. We move in all plans: supine, prone, side kneeling and standing. We’ll get some great heat in that mid back just underneath the arm pit and tricep area, as well as the booty.

Goals :      Build stronger triceps, get rid of back fat, tighten & tone your glutes, and improve your overall posture. Sculpt arms & booty.

The Chair is a powerful apparatus that requires strength and helps us refine our practice.
