Around the World Whole Body Strengthening Movement

FOCUS :   

This whole body, feel good, spinal movement, core strengthening class will hit you in all the right places and move your spine in all directions. You’ll work on posture, hips and glutes, core, arms and upper back all in an easy going flow.

GOALS :     

Strengthen, tone and flow for whole body. Spinal movement for flexibility and mobility. Build core strength. Maintain strong glutes, good hip and pelvic alignment. Postural work. Lengthen and strengthen together. Strengthen lateral sides of body. Work breath and centering.
