Class moves at a modest and focused pace. From standing work, to weight shifts, to single leg, to planks and riding the carriage standing, not much will be missed today. Keep your focus on breath and muscle firing and initiation, precision and control, and alignment. If ever you start to get pulled outward, reign the range of movement in, refocus and move from center out.
