Focus : This is a 90 minute athletic reformer master class challenge to stamina, endurance, strength and mind-body awareness and connection. This is an athletic type class which one strong move follows another while we also challenge our balance and proprioception. A Master Class gives you the chance to hone your skills, dedicate more time than you would normally, test your endurance, and see how well you put all you’ve learned in other classes into practice.
Class Level : Confirmed – Advanced Intermediate on up. If you aren’t here yet you can still try this class, it would be a great class to build up strength. You can always do part of this class and slowly build up to the whole length! Modify if you need to, remember this is your workout, your time and your body!
The Course of this Class : The camera started rolling after we had done the first side. You will join us during the second side, so I’ve said in the video to make sure you press pause after the first bit and do the other side before we move on! You’ll start seated with the stability ball behind your mid-upper back focusing on our core. We’ll move into some strong leg work targeting the inner thighs, pelvic floor and core, and then come on up to standing where we can really challenge our balance, proprioception, connectivity, breath and fluidity!
