Focus : Athletic Reformer pumped, meaning… proprioception, balance, coordination, rotation, and weight transfer. And TODAY’s athletic reformer pumped focuses especially on added weighted resistance, unilateral work, and mixing in some very classic fitness functional moves into our reformer repertoire. Today is about challenging your stamina, endurance and strength.
Class Level : Intermediate – Advanced. Modifications given.
The Course of this Class : Get ready to be challenged today! I often tell you that the extra props included with the Reformer are optional, but today, the hand weights are really essential. They’ll be offering us that extra challenge, taking it to the next level to up our stamina and really develop leaner more defined musculature. We’ll start strong, warming up our core as afterwards it will be our supporter for the rest of class. Get ready for lots of standing work and planks, just to prep you 😉.
Goals : Build in more power, more strength all the while more control of your movements. Improve your form, function and alignment. Burn fat and sculpt defined lean muscle tone. Build strength in very practical, functional movement patterns. Improve coordination thereby improving balance.
