Inspired by ballet pliés we’ll be taking these moves to the rebounder and plié-ing our way through the air! Therefore this is quite lower body focused however you’ll get the cardio conditioning from head to toe. We’ll finish with some mat and hip work at the end. Don’t like pliés? Don’t worry there will be plenty of jumping and other moves as well, so join us!
