*Equipment Needed : 2 Booty Bands : 1 light weight, 1 medium weight. Fit ball. Mat and Wall.
Focus : Booty, Back & Balance by way of a totally toned body sculpting, barre-inspired, standing balance fit workout!
Class Level : Intermediate.
The Course of this Class : Firstly burn out your shoulders and arms using the light weight booty band around the forearms; strengthen your upper back and open your chest. Next, we’ll sculpt those legs, glutes, and hamstrings using the heavier weight booty band. Get ready to squat, arabesque, bridge, swan, plank and pike. We’ll then finish with some very challenging knee pulls and hip lifts overhead on the fit ball. This sums up a fantastic full body fit, energizing 38 minute workout, quick enough to fit into just about any day!
Goals : A full body fit workout using resistance bands and the fit ball to increase intensity and improve the results. Also, we aim to have fun and this class is plenty of out-of-the-box sequencing, so enjoy!
