BB HIIT & Sculpt! (for that flat Belly & round Booty)

Level: Intermediate

*Equipment Needed :  Mat & household chair, or ottoman, or bench.

Focus :  HIIT & Sculpt your abs & glutes for a truly flat belly and round booty right from home using your mat and a household chair. Raise your heart rate, burn calories and build lean muscle tone. All intervals will be 30 seconds.

Class Level :  Newly Intermediate on up.

The Course of this Class :  In this HIIT & Sculpt Mat routine we’ll transition quickly from one exercise to the next. The least amount of rest helps keep us focused and raises that heart rate to burn those calories. I will be timing us and the advantage of the time means we can focus on giving our best instead of counting the next rep. Make this your workout, tune in to your center, focus on your form and have fun! If you find that you’d like more, press rewind and repeat the intervals for more rounds! There will be some rest periods with slower type moves. This is low impact on the joints, high impact on fat burning, toning and sculpting. Though focused on abs and glutes we will challenge our back, arms, balance, stability, breath and stamina also.

Goals :  Raise your fitness level, increase stamina, improve lean muscle tone, sculpt your abs and glutes, improve strength and get in some cardio.
