Best Butt Workout to Lift, Shape, and Tone
Yes this best butt workout targets our legs, thighs, side booty, glutes, and hamstrings using the Pilates ring and the Reformer. This one’s fun, just wait, we want to hear what you think after class! We’ll also challenge and improve our standing balance. These exercises will tone and reshape those glutes and thighs.
The Course of this Class :
Class warms up with some BARREless booty work, then moves over to the Reformer for some side standing slides. Get ready to heat up those inner thighs!! 🔥🔥 Next, we continue with more side body work and then take it into the best bridge series, wait and see!! We’ll finish standing as we started incorporating that dynamic standing balance into all we do today. The magic circle really help bring our attention and focus to that target area. It increases the resistance to level up the toning and reshaping to those glutes and hamstrings. Use today’s class to hone your practice and focus in on these areas. Class Level :
Intermediate level taught, but we encourage ALL levels to try this class. Modifications given throughout.
Lift, reshape, tone, sculpt, tighten the glutes, hamstrings and thighs. Strengthen the legs, inner thighs and outer thighs (adductors and abductors). Improve and strengthen balance. Maintain a healthy strength in the pelvis, contributing to best posture, alignment and alleviating any low back pain or pressure. Build and maintain healthy hips for a healthy gate and in support of daily activities as well as athletic pursuits.
