body sculpt.. *Equipment Needed :     Booty bands (medium weight) and Mat.

Focus :    Join me from Bunker’s Beach in Western Australia, grab your booty band and your mat for this body sculpt half hour Pilates Mat session. On the menu : upper body, abs, and some booty love as well.

Class Level :     Intermediate.

The Course of this Class :     We’ll hit your upper back and arms hard, the abs too; and then finish with some side booty, hips and glutes! This is a fun and challenging Mat flow which will work you completely.

Goals :     Better posture, stronger backs and abs, taller spines.
