FOCUS :   

Strength, agility, coordination and balance strengthening and training. This total body workout will challenge you head to toe.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Reformer + 1 heavy dumbbell + sitting box + Pilates ring/Magic circle.

CLASS LEVEL :     

Class taught at an intermediate – advanced level.

CLASS FLOW :   

Class starts with a dynamic warm-up, moves right into booty work and then total body.

GOALS :     

Train athletically using all systems both body and cognition, coordination, proprioception, balance and functional movement. Deepening your overall strength, mind-body connectivity, coordination, balance, and muscle tone. Deep and effective toning, sculpting and core refining. Functional fitness. Support your spine by developing and maintaining a strong core and glutes. Increase overall body strength and connection. Learn creative flows and ideas on your Reformer.
