Booty Bands Butt, Hips and Thighs Workout meets Rebounder Reshape!
This booty bands workout – for women and men alike (my husband joined me today💃 🕺!) – combined with a full cardio rebounder workout sculpts and reshapes those glutes, hips and thighs while burning fat and calories. We target CORE strength, cardio endurance & stamina, HIIT cardio spurts, booty barre exercises with resistance for the butt, hips and thighs, and more cardio: all to refine and tone the whole body.
Remember: Rebounding is a very complete workout. It isn’t “just” cardio. It will exercise your individual cells making them stronger and healthier! In a world with a lot of toxic junk and overload through the environment, our food, water and what have you, we all need an exercise form like this!
Trampoline, tennis ball or small massage ball, booty band (A high quality trampoline mat which absorbs more than 80% of the shock is preferable. If you follow the link here you’ll find our trampoline made by Bellicon and it absorbs 95% of the shock. We recommend getting the strongest bungees).
The Course of this Class :
Class starts with classic Pilates exercises for our core, focusing on that inner strength. Get ready for planks on that trampoline mat! Next, we move into our Cardiolates rebounding jumps respecting our vertical alignment for full cellular exercise. Get ready for 2 different cardio spurts testing our endurance and power. We’ll move down to the ground for our BARRE portion of class and strap on that resistance band to sculpt and shape our glutes, thighs and hips. Back up onto the trampoline for more cardio and finally back to the floor for some last barre work with the booty band. Plan to get a sweat.💧
