Booty Barre meets Athletic Reformer

*Equipment Needed : Reformer, medium-heavy Resistance band, a small Stability ball, and a wooden dowel (you can do without if you don’t have it).
Focus : Booty barre athletic reformer. Shoulders, legs, hips and glutes. Coordination. Proprioception.
Class Level : ALL levels. FOR EVERYONE!
The Course of this Class : This class follows a cardio slider session but I’ve taken this 2nd part out so you can do this class as a stand alone workout. Get ready to start a booty barre sequence standing at the back of the foot barre; move over to the side of the Reformer for some balancing hip and lunge work, then finally up onto the Reformer for some isolated uni-lateral shoulder work. You can do the last part without the wooden dowel (in case you don’t have it), with it the challenge is increased. A creative flow with a lot of variety, much of which you’ll also see in other athletic reformer classes.
Goals : Improve feet, ankle and leg strength. Improve balance and hip strength. Work shoulder and oblique strength, and shoulder girdle alignment.
