Day 10: Booty Exercises at home, for a Lean & Lifted Lower Body

Focus :   

Booty exercises at home, or outdoors, to lean, lift, sculpt and tone your glutes, legs and thighs. This is our lower body day on the mat in our 30 day strength training for fat loss and lean muscle gain program. Grab your weights and some props today and let’s deepen our strength, stamina, endurance and transform our fitness. You’ll even work your balance and get some lengthening into those muscles at the end of class today.

If you do not have weights or are new to weight training, follow today’s workout bodyweight only. Once you are confident in your practice you can add the weights.

Equipment Needed :     

Mat, 1 heavier set of dumbbells, 1 medium resistance booty band, and 1 heavier resistance band.

Class Level :     

ALL levels.

The Course of this Class :   

Barre inspired start leads us into quadruped donkey kicks and fire hydrants; lots of booty exercises for shaping and sculpting. Then, all different variations of glute bridges. A creative rendition of high frogs, warrior 2 stretches and figure four squats. If you don’t have a stair or step you’ll have no problem doing the workout without it. Modifications given for those exercises. Very toning focused and effective lower body workout.
