FOCUS :   

Combine strength, power pulse and cardio bursts to burn and tone your core, adductors, quads, glutes, upper body and more in this fun and creative class, much more than a jump board!

EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Reformer + jump board + soft ball + 2-5 lb. light hand weights.

CLASS LEVEL :     

Class taught at an intermediate level, but modifiable for all levels.

CLASS FLOW :   

Class starts right off with core jumps and moves around a lot to keep you on your toes! You’ll dance around your machine and do it all today, get ready for some fun and creative variations.

GOALS :     

Combine cardio and strength training all-in-one workout to burn fat and develop lean muscle tone. Sculpt your total body. Increase your overall strength, mind-body connectivity and coordination. Deep and effective toning, sculpting and core refining. Support your spine by developing and maintaining a strong core and glutes. Learn creative flows and ideas on your Reformer.
