*Equipment Needed : 2 Booty bands; 1 lighter resistance, 1 heavier resistance. Mat.
Focus : Burn fat & build lean muscle while sculpting your body head to toe.
Class Level : Intermediate – Advanced.
The Course of this Class : We’ll keep our reps and impact low and intensity high in order to burn fat & build lean muscle mass. Starting with the upper body using the lighter resistance booty band, then moving into a light cardio pace on the mat we will focus on technique and the use of our breath. Next, we’ll strap on the heavier resistance booty band around our thighs for our lower body workout. Get ready for band walking, squats, lots of planks, and some good side booty burn!
Goals : No more underarm back fat, jiggly triceps, forward folding shoulders, or flat bums! These small little booty bands pack a BIG punch and you WILL get results! Come back as often as you want, remember repeating workouts helps you improve your level of fitness as well as your technique.
