Be ready to be pushed and go a little further; but don’t be scared, it isn’t as bad as you think. Pilates is at the heart of our work and it’s traditional approach is tried and true. We strip it down to those finite movements and work in the muscle with extra precision and isolation all in order to reshape our bodies. So, expect to pulse, stay a little longer, and go a little deeper into the muscle; pause less and increasingly build in difficulty.
